The Time Lords of Club Penguin Army (TLCP) was founded on November 27, 2015, by Tamiyami and KittygirL300 (raingirl370 on Club Penguin). It was made as a SMAP army with a dedication to Doctor Who, hence the name Time Lords. They have so far had had one event on their capitol, Half Pipe, maxing three. They are 7th place on SMAP Top Ten.
