The Small and Medium Army Right union was created to stand up to larger bully armies. The SMARU is made up of:

- Snow Rebels of CP
- Golden Troops
- Cub Penguin Elite Niinja Army Note: even though its small it can already stand up against large armies like ACP and Nachos but will still join to help the other small armies.
