Government
The WCP was a monarchy (ruled under a king or queen). The king had complete control over everything that goes on in the military, and could command anyone but the citizens.
The WCP had a different view on CP Army government than other armies. The WCP saw that whenever some player was on one of their servers, it made that player a citizen of the WCP Kingdom. This made the population vary.
According to the previous edits on this page, WCP was only located on the server Big Foot, which was their capitol.
